Project Coordinator
Role Summary
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in implementing our Inclusive Education Projects. The coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities across special and inclusive schools, ensuring effective distribution and use of tactile learning resources, conducting training sessions, facilitating reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The role involves field travel across project districts and occasionally to other states.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project implementation activities across multiple districts and states as required.
- Visit government schools, special schools, and inclusive education setups to identify and support students with visual impairments.
- Facilitate distribution of accessible educational resources to visually impaired students and schools.
- Support and organize teacher training workshops and regular sessions.
- Work closely with district-level stakeholders, school administrations, NGOs, and government officials.
- Maintain accurate records of students, teachers trained, and resources distributed using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Collect field data, document project progress, and contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Travel regularly within assigned districts and occasionally outside the state for project work.
Educational Background
- Master’s/ Bachelor’s/ Diploma in Social Work/ Special Education/ Education
Skills & Competencies
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in working with teachers, students, and field-level stakeholders
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Google Workspace tools
- Ability to conduct training and awareness sessions
- Proficient in Data collection, documentation, and analysis
- Comfortable in travelling frequently for field visits
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
Special Educator and Trainer
Role Summary
The Trainer will support the development, testing, and delivery of tactile learning resources, and assist in conducting training for teachers and students. The trainer should have strong foundational knowledge of Science and Mathematics (till Class 12th) and be comfortable explaining concepts in Hindi. The role requires an educational background in Special Education/Education and a commitment to working to improve inclusive classroom practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in teacher training sessions and orientation workshops for special and inclusive schools.
- Work on testing and validating tactile diagrams and resource materials.
- Support the development of training modules, classroom demonstration aids, and student-based learning sessions.
- Provide feedback to improve tactile learning resources and instructional materials.
- Coordinate with internal project teams for resource delivery and field-level implementation schedules.
- Maintain documentation of training sessions, feedback, and usage of learning materials.
- Participate in project reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Preference to candidates with Science and Mathematics up to Class 12 (CBSE/State Board or equivalent).
- Hindi-medium education or excellent fluency in Hindi (preference).
- B.Ed / D.Ed (Special education) or B.Ed or Graduation with direct experience of working with children with disabilities
- Knowledge of tactile diagrams, Braille, or assistive learning technologies is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in explaining academic concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Comfort with using computers for basic documentation (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets).
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Salary

District Coordinator (Jodhpur)
We are looking for a District Coordinator who is passionate about inclusive education and willing to travel and work closely with schools, teachers, and students.
Role Summary
As a District School Coordinator, you will be the key link between RLF and mainstream schools in your assigned district. Your role involves identifying visually impaired students, conducting outreach and training sessions, supporting educational initiatives like STEM camps and Olympiads, and managing the district-level resource hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with schools, students, and education departments for program implementation.
- Identify and onboard visually impaired students from mainstream schools in rural and urban areas.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for teachers on using tactile and inclusive resources.
- Monitor student performance during school visits and provide necessary support.
- Prepare detailed reports of school visits, training sessions, and events.
- Assist in organising STEM camps, Olympiads, and awareness activities for CwVI.
- Manage and maintain the district-level tactile Resource Hub.
- Travel across multiple cities and villages within the district (up to 75% fieldwork).
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Special Education, Education or related fields.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in school engagement or field coordination roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (local language proficiency is a plus).
- Comfortable with field travel and working in rural settings.
- Basic understanding of disability inclusion and/or special education is preferred.
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Google Workspace tools.
- Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
Salary
Ranging from 20,000 to 35,000 as per skills and experience.
Marketing and Communications Intern
1. Create content and design promotional material for online and offline channels.
2. Create awareness and increase the reach of our company’s and products/services on various offline and online media.
3. Craft and send newsletters, and collate the database for email campaigns.
4. Run marketing and fundraising campaigns and track ROI
5. Represent our company in workshops and conferences.
6. Sometimes visit special schools to train students and teachers on our books and collect feedback.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s in Mass Communication, English literature, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or related field. Freshers can apply. Students pursuing their degrees kindly refrain from applying. This is a full-time role.
2 . Willingness to travel within India (Minimal travel)
3. Proficiency in MS Office and design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Video editing, etc.
4. Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
5. Experience with marketing campaigns on social media is an advantage
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Good presentation and training skills
8. Languages known – English and Hindi
