Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our"/”Company” individually and collectively refer to Raised Lines Foundation and the terms "You”/”User” refer to the users purchasing products from the website.
This page states the Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy for all products purchased on www.raisedlines.org. Please read this page carefully before ordering products from this website.

Returns and Replacement

All products purchased on www.raisedlines.org can be returned/replaced within the 7 days of the delivery date. Any discrepancy in quanity should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties card, invoice etc.), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
Return requests beyond 7 days of delivery are not eligible for refunds, but can be either replaced or fixed if any quality related issues is reported in this duration.
In order to claim a refund for the product please email your request along with the order number to [email protected]
After receiving the product our testing team will verify, approve and process the refund.

Refund Method

(1) After receiving the product, we will inspect it. (2) We will communicate the status of your refund after the inspection.(3) After approval, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. (4)If the payment method at the time of purchase is credit card / debit card / wallet or net banking the total price of the product will be returned to the same mode of payment. (5) We will refund the amount within 7 working days to the original method of payment (except COD). (6)If partial product or product with tampered packaging is returned, then the refund will not be processed. All accessories and items that you received along with the product should be returned together.(7) Replacement will be offered in case of minor damage to the product.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, Raised Lines Foundation Helpline to be contacted by various method mentioned under contact us link. Please quote OrderID in all communications. It is advised that query is sent from the registered emailid. Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order. Your order will be cancelled instantly and refund will be processed within 7 working days in your original payment method.
Online Transaction Charges: 2% of total payment will be deducted under Refund Process. In case of cancellation, after shipment of order , courier charges will be borne by the customer only.
