Order Process and Shipping Policy

The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our"/”Company” individually and collectively refer to Raised Lines Foundation and the terms "You”/”User” refer to the users purchasing products from the website.

This page states the Order Process Work Flow for all products purchased on www.raisedlines.org. Please read this page carefully before ordering products from this website.

Order Process

1. Confirm the order- After receiving the order our sales department will confirm the order.
2. Check the payment status- In the next step, the payment status will be checked and confirmed.
3 Create the bill- A GST bill is created with customer billing and shipping address. All the products with their cost and total will be listed.
4. Packing and dispatch - According to the bill created our dispatch department will pack the product and dispatch with the logistic service provider as per the customer address and in case of online services product keys/Links will be mailed to registered e-mail id.

Shipping Policy

1. Standard Shipping:
All orders placed on Raised Lines Foundation will be delivered through Standard shipping via Indian Post, subject to minimum order amount restrictions.

Orders placed on website will be processed and shipped with next 2 working days.
Once shipped, a notification mail along with a shipment tracking number will be sent to your registered email id/mobile no.
2. Delivery time:
Standard delivery time is 6-7 business days depending on the pin-code of shipping address.
